Condition of goods
Items must be returned in 100% saleable condition. We'll provide return instructions and usually ask you to send goods back to the original supplier.
When refunds are processed
Your refund is processed once the goods reach the supplier and their condition has been confirmed.
Excluded items
Some products can't be returned due to their nature - look for the Returns Exclusion or Made to Order tab on the product page.
Order cancelations
You can cancel after ordering but before delivery. For orders over £1,000, a small charge may apply to cover non-refundable card transaction costs.
Faulty or damaged items
If an items arrives faulty or fails within warranty, we'll replace it at no cost to you (subject to verification). Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Contract & bulk orders
Are you a contractor or trade buyer? We offer reduced unit pricing for larger quantities, and can put together bespoke quotes covering multiple products.
Ordering multiple items and the delivery charge looks high? Contact us before completing your order - we'll make sure you're not overpaying on shipping.
We offer discounted pricing on many products, exclusively for Installation professionals. Order Processing
All orders are processed immediately, and passed to our suppliers for delivery, via third party couriers. Delivery times vary according to the product.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges generated via the checkout are for mainland UK. Additional charges may apply for NI, Channel Islands, Highlands and offshore locations.
